1. Acceptance of these terms

MONEYNMORE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, trading as MoneyNmore (MoneyNmore, we, us, our), operates moneynmore.com and any service offered through it (together, the Website).

Please read these terms before you use the Website. By browsing the Website, creating an account, or using any service on it, you accept these terms and agree to be bound by them. If any part of them is unacceptable to you, please stop using the Website.

If you use the Website on behalf of a company, partnership or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation, and you in these terms means that organisation.

2. Changes to these terms and to the Website

We may revise these terms at any time. The version published on the Website is the version that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. We will not always be able to tell you individually when something changes, so please check this page each time you use the Website. Continuing to use the Website after a change means you accept the revised terms.

We may also add to, alter, suspend or withdraw any part of the Website, including any content, feature or service, at any time and without notice. We are not obliged to keep any part of the Website available, and we will not be liable to you if it is unavailable for any period.

3. Your right to use the Website

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and use the Website for your own lawful purposes. This right is not a licence to the Website's content, software or branding beyond what is needed to view and use it normally, and it cannot be sub-licensed, assigned or passed on to anyone else.

We may refuse, restrict or withdraw your access to all or part of the Website at our discretion, including where we believe you have broken these terms, where access creates a risk to us or to other users, or where we are required to do so by law or by a regulator.

4. Registration and the information you give us

When you register, and whenever you update your details afterwards, you confirm that the information you give us is true, complete and current, and you agree to keep it that way.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law to register. Where a transaction or service requires KYC, we may ask for documents and may decline or unwind a transaction if verification cannot be completed.

5. Your account and login credentials

Your username, password, OTPs and any other login credentials are personal to you. You are responsible for keeping them confidential and for every activity that takes place under your account, whether or not you authorised it.

You agree not to share your credentials with anyone, including our own staff, and not to let anyone else use your account. Tell us at support@moneynmore.come as soon as you suspect your credentials have been lost, disclosed or used without your permission, so that we can help secure the account.

We maintain reasonable security measures for the Website. However, except to the extent we are at fault, we are not liable for loss arising from your credentials being disclosed, guessed, intercepted or misused, or from any transaction carried out using them.

6. What you must not do

You agree not to:

  • attempt to gain access to any part of the Website, account, database or connected system that you are not authorised to use, by hacking, credential testing or any other means;
  • interfere with the Website's operation, including by introducing malware, overloading it, or probing or scanning its security;
  • use robots, scrapers or other automated means to extract content or data from the Website, except for search-engine indexing we permit;
  • copy, mirror, frame or resell any part of the Website;
  • impersonate another person, or misrepresent your association with any person or organisation;
  • upload or transmit anything unlawful, defamatory, obscene, misleading or infringing; or
  • use the Website for any purpose that breaches applicable law or any regulation binding on us.

We may report suspected unauthorised access or other unlawful activity to law enforcement and to our regulators.

7. Information we collect from your visit

We use cookies and similar technology to understand how the Website is used — for example how often pages are visited, how long visits last and which pages are viewed. We use this to improve the Website's content and performance. This analysis is carried out on aggregated data and is not used to track the browsing behaviour of any individual visitor.

8. Intellectual property

The Website and everything on it — text, graphics, logos, layout, software, reports, calculators and other material — belongs to MoneyNmore or to the third parties who have licensed it to us. All rights, title and interest in it remain with us or those licensors. The MoneyNmore name and logo are our marks and may not be used without our written permission.

Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property to you. You may view the Website and print or download individual pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference. Beyond that, you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, adapt, sell or commercially exploit any part of the Website without our prior written consent.

9. Confidentiality

In the course of using the Website you may receive information that is marked confidential or that a reasonable person would treat as confidential — commercial terms, pricing, client data, partner material or unpublished research. You agree to keep such information confidential, to use it only for the purpose for which it was given to you, and not to disclose it to anyone without our written consent, except where disclosure is required by law, a court or a regulator.

This obligation does not apply to information that is already public through no fault of yours, that you already lawfully held, or that you develop independently. It continues to apply after you stop using the Website.

10. No warranty, and nothing here is advice

You use the Website at your own risk. We take care to keep the information on it accurate and current, but we provide the Website and its content on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we do not warrant that it is error-free, complete, uninterrupted or fit for any particular purpose.

Market data, fund information, returns, projections and calculator outputs on the Website are indicative and may be delayed, incomplete or superseded. Past performance does not indicate future results, and investments carry risk including loss of principal. Please verify anything you intend to rely on before acting on it.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither MoneyNmore nor its directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, affiliates, holding or subsidiary companies will be liable to you for:

  • any loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or anticipated saving;
  • any indirect or consequential loss; or
  • any loss arising from your reliance on information or data obtained from the Website, from your inability to access it, or from any virus or other harmful component transmitted through it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless MoneyNmore and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, holding and subsidiary companies against any claim, demand, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

  • your use of the Website;
  • your breach of these terms or of any applicable law; or
  • any claim by a third party relating to information you supplied or received through the Website.

We will notify you of any such claim and will not settle it without first consulting you.

13. Third-party links and services

The Website may link to, or pass you through to, websites and services operated by others — fund houses, exchanges, payment gateways, KYC agencies and similar providers. We do not control those sites and do not endorse or take responsibility for their content, products, security or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms, which you should read.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of the Website, are governed by the laws of India.

The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.

15. General

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our privacy policy and any service-specific agreement you sign with us, are the entire agreement between us regarding the Website.
