1. About this policy

MONEYNMORE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-366886). Registered office: 3302, W-54, Matunga Road W, Bal Govindas Road, Mahim, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400016. It operates moneynmore.com. We treat the information you give us as something held in trust, and we would rather explain plainly what we do with it than bury it.

This policy explains what personal information we collect through the Website and the services offered on it, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to clients, investors, distribution partners and visitors alike.

It sits alongside our Terms of Use. Using the Website means you have read this policy; where the law requires your consent for particular processing, we ask for it separately and specifically.

2. What we collect

Information you give us. Browsing the Website does not require you to identify yourself. We collect personal information only when you choose to provide it — when you register, enquire, apply for a service, complete a risk profile or send us feedback. Depending on what you use, this may include:

identity and contact details — name, date of birth, address, email, phone number;
KYC and regulatory identifiers — PAN, Aadhaar-based verification records, bank account details, FATCA and CKYC records;
financial and suitability information — income range, investment objectives, risk tolerance, existing holdings, nominee and beneficiary details;
transaction records and correspondence with us;
for distribution partners, your ARN or registration details and commercial terms.

Information we collect automatically. When you visit the Website we log technical data — IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, time of visit and referring page. We use this in aggregate to understand how the Website performs. We do not use it to build a profile of an individual visitor’s browsing.

Information from others. We may receive information about you from KYC registration agencies, registrars and transfer agents, stock exchanges, your distributor, or other regulated intermediaries, where that is part of providing the service you asked for.

3. Why we collect it

We use your information only for the purposes below, and we do not repurpose it for something unrelated without coming back to you:

to open and operate your account, and to carry out the transactions you instruct;
to complete KYC, anti-money-laundering and suitability checks;
to assess what products or services are appropriate for you, where that is part of our engagement;
to send statements, confirmations, notices and service messages;
to answer your questions and resolve complaints;
to meet obligations to SEBI, AMFI, the Income Tax Department, FIU-IND and other authorities;
to maintain and improve the Website’s security and performance;
to tell you about our services and those of our affiliates, where you have agreed to hear from us. You can opt out of marketing at any time without affecting the service itself.

4. Consent, and withdrawing it

Where we rely on your consent, we ask for it in clear terms before we collect the information, and we tell you what it will be used for. You are free to refuse, and free to change your mind.

You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us at support@moneynmore.com. Withdrawal takes effect going forward — it does not undo processing already carried out lawfully. Where the information is needed to provide a service or to meet a legal obligation, withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer offer that service, and we will tell you if that is the case.

Some processing does not rest on consent: we may process your information where the law requires it, where a court or regulator directs it, or where it is necessary to comply with our obligations as a regulated intermediary.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

We share it only where sharing is part of delivering what you asked for, or where the law requires it:

Service providers acting for us — registrars and transfer agents, KYC agencies, payment gateways, technology and hosting vendors, auditors and professional advisers. They act on our instructions, are bound by confidentiality, and may use the information only for the purpose we gave it to them.
Product providers and intermediaries — asset management companies, exchanges, depositories and similar parties, where a transaction you have instructed requires it.
Regulators and authorities — SEBI, AMFI, tax authorities, FIU-IND, law enforcement and courts, where we are required or permitted by law to disclose. We cannot always tell you when this happens, and we are not liable for disclosures we are legally obliged to make.
In a corporate transaction — if our business or part of it is acquired or reorganised, information may transfer with it, subject to this policy.

6. How we protect it

We maintain technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information — encrypted transmission, access controls limiting staff access to what their role requires, and internal confidentiality obligations. Statements and financial documents are sent over secure channels rather than as open attachments.

No system is perfectly secure, and transmission over the internet always carries some risk. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but if a breach occurs that is likely to affect you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.

You also have a part in this. Keep your login credentials to yourself, use a strong password, and tell us promptly at support@moneynmore.com if you think your account has been compromised.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as your relationship with us continues, and afterwards for as long as we are required to retain it.

8. Keeping your information accurate

Much of what we hold comes from you, and we act on it. If any of it is wrong, incomplete or out of date — a changed address, a new bank account, an updated risk profile — please tell us promptly so we can correct it.

We are not responsible for the accuracy of information you or your authorised agent supply, or for the consequences of acting on it in good faith, except where the error is ours.

9. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Website is used — which pages are visited, how long visits last, where visitors arrive from.

Cookies that are strictly necessary for the Website to work are always set. Analytics and any advertising cookies are set only with your consent, which you give or refuse through the cookie banner and can change later.
